Presented by Regions Bank, Birmingham Restaurant Week (BRW) 2012 will take place August 17-26 and will celebrate the city’s acclaimed culinary culture by offering incentives for Birmingham-area residents to revisit their favorite restaurants and bars or to experience recently opened venues for the first time. Participating restaurants will offer special two and/or three-course prix-fixe lunch and/or dinner menus in the $5, $10, $20 and $30 per person range throughout the 10-day culinary affair. The BRW menu also includes a healthy kid’s menu component, brunch offerings and drink specials. With an estimated 45 expected to participate in its third edition, BRW is quickly becoming one of the biggest foodie events in town. Restaurants are currently signing up for BRW 2012.
